I am a UK-based writer, consultant and mindfulness coach. I am co-author of The Mindful Manifesto: How Doing Less And Noticing More Can Help Us Thrive In A Stressed-Out World and author of the Mental Health Foundation's Be Mindful Report (2010) (executive summary here). I also write regularly for the Guardian on meditation, Buddhism, and well-being.
I offer one-to-one mindfulness coaching to individuals and executives, and teach mindfulness-based stress reduction courses to groups. I can also offer talks and keynote speaking on mindfulness, as well as workshops, courses and consultancy for organisations interested in taking a mindful approach.
