Free taster sessions
Come and join my next free mindfulness taster sessions on January 11th 2023 from 7.30-8.30pm or Weds 15th February 2023 from 10-11am via Zoom. In the sessions we will explore what mindfulness is and how it can help us cultivate wellbeing and resilience, creating the conditions to live a flourishing life.
