Diving into mindfulnessOne-to-one mindfulness coaching and mentoring can help with a wide range of situations, including mental and physical health difficulties (such as depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), fatigue, chronic pain or illness), life transitions, work, family and parenting stresses, neurodiversity and neurodivergence (eg ADHD, autism), addiction and relationship issues. It can also help those looking to deepen their practice to support optimum flourishing and integration in their lives. The great advantage of working one-to-one is flexibility. We can take things at your pace, addressing your needs precisely based on what is coming up in your life, and exploring how best to bring mindfulness to it.

Mindfulness coaching can help you

How do I get started? We recommend beginning with a one-hour taster session. This can be held either via Zoom or in-person in Cuckfield, West Sussex, and offers an opportunity to explore the approach, experience some guided mindfulness practice, and get a feel for working together. You can choose a taster session time directly on Ed's calendar - we will then be in touch to confirm details and payment (£95, plus £8 room hire fee for in-person sessions). If you'd like to have a free, initial conversation about your circumstances before booking a taster session, or you are unable to make any of the available taster session times, you can call or whatsapp Ed directly anytime on 07989 965994, or use our contact form for a discussion via email.

What happens after the taster session? We might work through a gold-standard eight-week mindfulness course, adapted for individuals, or develop another programme of training tailored to your needs and circumstances. For those experienced with mindfulness, this might mean mindfulness mentoring to help you sustain and deepen your practice.

Cost: £95 per hour (plus £8ph room hire fee if meeting in-person). We have a small number of reduced price places available - please contact us for details.

"Ed teaches mindfulness in a clear and simple way, getting the balance just right between explanation and practice. He has a real skill of providing just enough information and guidance to get you off the starting blocks and, when you need to know more, his depth of knowledge and experience is readily available for you. He tailors his approach to suit each individual. His approach is gentle and encouraging and his sense of humour is never far away. The supporting material is excellent, allowing you to read more about what you’ve done in each session in your own time." Read more testimonials
