I offer the 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction course one-to-one over the phone or via Skype.

The course consists of 8 weekly 45 minute phone calls/Skype sessions, plus support inbetween sessions if required. It also includes a pre-course orientation phone call, course handbook and audio CDs/downloads to enable you to practice at home during the course. Home practice is an important part of the course, and you will need to be able to commit to practising around 30-40 minutes a day each week.

The cost of the course is £650 (US$1000). Please contact me for more details if you are interested in taking the distance learning course with me. Other course lengths and formats are also possible.
